Agustín Moreno is an experienced professional in IT and energy, with over 17 years of expertise in the electric utility industry. He played a key role in both technical and commercial operations at Enersa. Over the past 9 years, he has focused on the development of renewable energy projects at both corporate and provincial levels.
He has led key regulatory commissions for the promotion and integration of distributed renewable generation, microgeneration, and solar plants over 20 MW. He served as project manager for solar parks in Paraná and advised on numerous other projects. Among his major achievements are the development of business plans, contract negotiations, and management of the biomass project in Ubajay. Additionally, he led the implementation of electric vehicle fleets and charging infrastructure in the province through the EcoRuta initiative.
Agustín created and led high-impact programs such as Mi Casa Solar, Mi Punto Solar, Mi Escuela Solar, and Freezer Solar, all integrating solar generation technologies to benefit remote areas and high-impact public institutions. He worked on business intelligence initiatives and established command frameworks for smart metering and distribution management. He also co-founded and led the Process Improvement division and the Project and Strategy Management Office at Enersa. Under his leadership, the Innovation and Development department was established, promoting new business models based on clean energy, digitalization, and blockchain.
In parallel, Agustín has developed a distinguished independent career in IT over the past 15 years, advancing from software developer to Project and Product Manager. Over the last 5 years, he founded and led Odin S.A.S., offering web and blockchain-based solutions while gaining extensive business experience in marketing, sales, networking, operations, and quality assurance.
Over the past two years, Agustín has gained experience in mergers and acquisitions partnerships with European consulting firms, managing operations in Argentina and expanding business development into the U.S. He has actively participated in global events such as eMerge Americas, Miami Tech Week, and the IDB’s Outsource2LAC. His company is a member of the Argentine Software Chamber. He has been a speaker at renewable energy events and serves as a professor at the prestigious Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA). He is also a registered member of the Professional College of Computer Science of Entre Ríos.
Agustín’s academic background includes degrees as an Electronics Technician, Information Systems Analyst, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, along with an MBA in Finance and an International Master’s in Administration and Finance. His professional experience and academic achievements have provided him with the tools to launch and scale high-impact technological solutions for the energy market, including generation, distribution, transmission, and transportation. These efforts integrate software, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation technologies — culminating in Odin 2025: a technological development initiative for companies in the electric power sector.
